We work hard to be the best school we can!
Beechwood School’s priority is to help every pupil achieve the best that they can and progress well throughout their time here from age 7 to 11. We put every effort into achieving our potential and work with children to prepare them for the next step: secondary school. Our school is rated as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted and we continually look for ways to improve.
Our pupils are proud to be with us and feel safe!
The atmosphere at Beechwood School is friendly and all of our teachers and staff are approachable and sensitive to the children’s needs. Children feel safe here, and are provided with an environment that allows them to develop their social skills, improve on social skills and generally prepare them for the challenging years that lay ahead of them. All of our staff are passionate and driven and enjoy their jobs, and will do anything and everything to ensure that the children at our school are safe, happy and proud to be a part of it.
Come and see it for yourself and meet our staff and pupils!
We have lots of information for you to look through, but that wouldn’t give you a real feel for the school so why not pop into the school to have a chat with us and see the school and teachers for yourself. We can provide you with more information, show you around and introduce you to some of our energetic pupils who enjoy being a part of our family.
Learning with us is far from boring!
At Beechwood School, we feed the children’s ambition and hunger for knowledge, and we help to develop their personal and academic skills. Our teachers ensure that their study material and lesson plans are stimulating so that the children have fun while learning, and we like to plan exciting and stimulating excursions to encourage the children to want to learn. We also offer clubs and activities in drama, music, sports and more so there is something for everyone, no matter what their interests.
