In the summer term, we are discovering the wonders of the ancient world of Egypt! As part of our topic, we are lucky enough to have a visitor coming into school on Wednesday 18th April, who will hold a workshop with each class about what life was like during the era.
During the workshop, the children will explore Egyptian attitudes and beliefs through acting out stories with simple costumes and props. There will also be a mini ‘banquet’ of grape juice, pitta bread and raisins, along with a chance for the children to ask their own questions.
For this opportunity we ask for a contribution of £2 per child to help cover the cost of the workshop. Payment can be made online or by cash/cheque sent to the office. (Download the slip below)
Thank you for your on-going support.
