New: Tennis After School Club
Dear Parents/Carers,
We have been lucky to secure the services of Zowie Lindfield, a tennis coach from Active Nation, based at Southampton Sports Centre. Zowie has worked with local schools throughout the year delivering various tag rugby and tennis sessions including some Tennis Taster sessions at Beechwood during the last academic year. Zowie has offered to run an after school tennis club at Beechwood Junior School.
The club will aim to introduce children to this exciting sport and teach them a variety of tennis skills and will run from Friday 8th January – Friday 12th February 2016, 3.05-4.00pm.
Places are limited so if your child is interested in taking up this opportunity please complete the slip below and return it to Mrs Lawrence by Friday 11th December 2015.
